Come one, come all, for good tidings and cheer—The season is turning; a new era is here.Two more beloved hosts now join our festive throng,To deepen the tradition and help it grow strong.

What began in a clubhouse, steps through a new door,At The Governor’s Inn, with fresh wonders in store.The evening, reimagined, brings much that is new,Yet the heart of our gathering stays warm and true.

The songs and traditions that draw us each yearWill only grow merrier as more gather near.So come for the dinner, the dancing, the song,Where carols and splendor will carry us along.

Formal & Festive

Formal attire requested—bring glamour, and shine; Long dresses, fine tailoring, dressed to the nines. Choose velvet and tartan, all festive and bright; Leave denim and sweaters at home for the night.

A coat check will be waiting in the front hall.

The Dinner Menu

To Begin

A welcome of sparkling wine, raised glasses held high, A cheese and appetizer station to try; With hors d'oeuvres passed about, conversation flows — So begins the good supper as candlelight glows.

The Seated Dinner

Bottles of red and of white at the tables, With salad and warm bread — take all you are able. A choice of three entrées, and each one is served With a vegetable from the house, as you deserve.

Baked Chicken Caprese

With pesto, fresh mozzarella, and tomato it gleams — a balsamic-reduction dream.

Salmon

With roasted garlic and herb butter, done right — gilded and glistening in candlelight.

Vegetable Baked Lasagna

Layered and baked with love — a vegetarian blessing from the oven above.

To Finish

Then desserts in assortment and hot coffee to pour — The sweet closing verse of the evening we adore.
